Eligibility Requirements
Positioned to Graduate
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or will complete a GED program in the year the application is submitted.
Pursuing Post-Secondary Education
Applicant must plan to attend an accredited post-secondary educational
institution. This can include:
● Four-year Colleges and Universities
● Two-Year Colleges
● Vocational-Technical Schools and Programs
● Adult Education and Continuing Education Programs
● Life Skills Programs

2 Letters of Recommendation
Copy of High School or GED transcript
Personal photo of yourself
List of extracurricular activities
(Church, community service, clubs, etc.)
Personal Essay (250-400 words)
